Your system works.
Let's make sure
it stays that way.

We take responsibility for active IT systems — regardless of who built them. We monitor, fix, develop, and document. So you can focus on your business, not your infrastructure.

WHEN CLIENTS COME TO US

Three scenarios we know by heart.

Previous vendor vanished

The dev agency fell apart, the freelancer stopped responding, or a key developer left. The system works — but there's no one to watch over or develop it.

Code and environment takeover

Technical state audit

Continuity without downtime

Current vendor can't keep up

Long response times, returning bugs, and a lack of proactive support. The system sort of works, but you have a feeling it will crash very soon.

Safe and risk-free transition

Parallel work during migration

Clear SLA from day one

You don't have internal IT

The company is running and growing, but you can't afford a full-time IT department. You need someone to handle the tech from the inside.

On-demand external IT team

Retainer model

Flexible hour scope

What maintenance includes.

We don't just sell "tickets". We take responsibility for the entire system — from code to infrastructure.

24/7 Monitoring

uptime · alerts · logs · metrics

Continuous monitoring of uptime, performance, and security. We react before the client reports a bug.

CI/CD and infrastructure

CI/CD · backups · servers · cloud

Configuration and maintenance of deployment pipelines, environment management, and backups.

Bug fixing

SLA · response time · prioritization

Ticket handling, diagnosis, and bug fixing — with clearly defined response times for different fault categories.

Technical documentation

wiki · runbooks · architecture

We maintain up-to-date documentation — so you're not held hostage by someone who "knows how it works".

Security and updates

patches · dependency updates

Regular library updates, security patches, code audits, and migrations to new environments.

Development a new features

sprints · roadmap · T&M · retainer

Maintenance isn't just "don't break it". We implement new features using the team that knows your system.

SYSTEM TAKEOVER

How we take over a system from a previous vendor.

A takeover is a project — not a phone call. That's why we price it fairly. If you decide to work with us, the audit cost is credited towards your first months of maintenance.

paid · T&M

Technical audit

We analyze the code, architecture, infrastructure, and documentation. We assess the technical state, tech debt, and estimate the takeover scope. It's a time-consuming project — we price it fairly in a T&M model.

Important: we fully credit the audit cost towards our cooperation if you decide to maintain the system with us. It's not a "quote fee" — it's a real project with a real report.

Report and cooperation proposal

You receive a written report: technical state, tech debt, risks, and a recommended takeover plan. We attach a maintenance model proposal with SLA and retainer pricing. The decision is yours.

SLA contract · onboarding · boundaries of responsibility

Environment takeover

We take over the repository, production, and staging environments. We configure CI/CD, monitoring, and backups. We sign an SLA with clearly defined boundaries of responsibility.

2–6 weeks · depends on system state

Stabilization

We fix critical bugs, pay off technical debt, and update dependencies. The system becomes stable and predictable — ready for further development.

Ongoing — maintenance and development

Regular retainer + T&M hours for changes and new features. One team — full responsibility for the system and its future.

COOPERATION MODELS

Retainer as a baseline.
T&M for flexibility
on top of it.

Every partnership requires a minimum retainer — it covers team availability, communication, monitoring, and project management. Everything beyond the retainer is billed in a T&M model.

Why don't we work
without a retainer?

System maintenance requires constant team readiness, monitoring tools, and project management time - regardless of the number of tickets in a given month. A retainer guarantees your system has a dedicated team, rather than being handled "on the fly".

BASIC MODEL

Retainer + T&M

A fixed monthly retainer covering system support, monitoring, and management. Changes, fixes, and new features are billed hourly on top of the retainer.

Retainer = constant team readiness

T&M = every worked hour reported

Monthly report of performed actions

For: stable systems with a low backlog of changes

EXTENDED MODEL · recommended

Retainer + T&M pool + development

Retainer + a dedicated pool of T&M hours each month. Unused hours roll over to the next month or are billed separately.

T&M pool = budget predictability

Roadmap and sprint planning

Rollover of unused hours

For: systems in active development, larger applications

CURRENT CLIENTS

Systems we currently maintain.

We take full responsibility for active IT systems. We monitor, fix, and develop entrusted projects so our partners can focus on their business, not their infrastructure. See how this works for CallPage. Another example is LegacyApp.

PROCESS

We don't just "keep the server alive".

Most maintenance companies speak the language of tickets and SLAs.

We speak the language of business — and take responsibility for the whole thing.

One team — full knowledge

One team takes over and develops the system. Knowledge stays intact across all tickets.

Proactivity, not reactivity

We don't wait for things to break. We monitor and alert before the bug reaches the user.

Clear boundaries of responsibility

From day one, you know what's on us versus you. Zero gray areas or "not our problem".

Documentation as a standard

You won't be held hostage by our team. We document everything — you can leave if you want.

LET'S TALK

Let's find

solution.

Whether you have just a rough idea or a complete specification - we will assemble the right team and engagement model.
