Comprehensive production of the EdTech Dots podcast - from content strategy and guest selection, through recording and editing, to publication and promotional materials - building a European community around the future of education.
EdTech Dots: From an Idea to a Recognizable Podcast Brand in European EdTech
EdTech Dots is a European community, podcast, and series of events centered around the people building the future of education — founders, teachers, researchers, and EdTech tool creators. The project connects conversations with operators, investors, and education policymakers with a real, active community that also meets offline at regular breakfasts and meetups.

The Challenge
Creating a recognizable, regularly published educational podcast is more than just recording a conversation. The challenge was to build the entire ecosystem from scratch: a cohesive content strategy that would attract the right guests and listeners, a repeatable production process to maintain publication frequency, and a recognizable visual and promotional identity that would distinguish EdTech Dots from other industry podcasts.
An additional challenge was addressing the European perspective - the need to reach guests and audiences from different countries while building a consistent, unified brand voice.
The Solution
We took on the full scope of the podcast production — from strategy, through content, to final publication:
Recording production
Executing the recordings, ensuring consistent audio and video quality in every episode.
Strategy and positioning
Defining the identity of EdTech Dots as a podcast for founders, educators, and operators, with three pillars: long-form interviews, actionable insights, and a global perspective on EdTech.
Editing and post-production
Editing the episodes into their final form, published on YouTube and audio platforms.
Guest and topic selection
Identifying and inviting speakers from various areas of the educational ecosystem: startup founders, teachers, researchers, and education policy representatives.
Publication and distribution
Regularly releasing episodes at a pace of several publications per month, following the content calendar.
Promotional materials
Designing visually consistent graphics, cover art, and social media materials supporting each episode and the overall communication of the EdTech Dots brand as a whole.
The Result
Today, EdTech Dots functions as a recognizable brand in the European EdTech ecosystem — with a regularly published podcast, an active YouTube channel, a LinkedIn community, and a series of events and meetups connecting education and technology leaders. The project has built a network of partnerships with organizations such as AI Collective and AGH, and its creators regularly converse with individuals shaping the future of education in Europe. EdTech Dots is also a beneficiary of the ElevenLabs Impact Program.
