

The users that come to MAC publishing house's website have different needs. Meeting the expectations of teachers, parents and students was the biggest challenge of this project. Our task was to redesign the website, creating a new logo with brandbook and designing new company stationery.
About project
We designed and implemented a new informational and product platform for an educational publishing house, along with brand identity and a series of corporate print materials.
Reconciling the expectations and needs of teachers, parents, and students was the biggest challenge of this project. The platform needed to support content publishing, the organization of e-conferences, recruitment processes, and the definition of access scopes and permission levels for different user groups. All of this had to function with around 1 million monthly visits and be integrated with the client’s existing CRM system.
Result
Before starting the work, we conducted in-depth interviews with teachers and carried out a thorough UX analysis of the existing platform. While planning the new service architecture, we created 33 mockups to optimize each user journey. As a result, the final design is not only modern and functional, but also tailored to the needs of diverse user groups.



We provide our client technical support for the project, helping to maintain the server continuity of operation and response speed.
