CallPage: Website Development, Maintenance, and SEO & AI Search Optimization

CallPage is developing a SaaS product that supports companies in contacting potential customers faster. The website plays a key role here: it acts simultaneously as a brand showcase, a source of leads, a knowledge base, and one of the most important channels for acquiring organic traffic.

Challenge

CallPage operates in a competitive B2B SaaS environment, where organic visibility has a direct impact on customer acquisition. The website must be fast, stable, technically sound, and ready for regular changes resulting from marketing and SEO activities.

An additional challenge is the shift in how information is searched. Users increasingly find recommendations not only through classic Google results but also through answers generated by AI tools

Solution

We took over the ongoing technological care of the CallPage website. A significant part of the project is collaboration with an SEO agency. Our role is to translate SEO recommendations into specific technical and structural changes on the website: from improving URLs, redirects, language versions, and the indexing structure, to canonical tags, hreflang tags, responsiveness, and page configuration post-migration.

In parallel, we are implementing an approach geared towards AI Search / LLMO, which involves optimizing brand visibility within the responses generated by language models.

Result

CallPage gained ongoing technological support for its website, which is a crucial element of its B2B sales and marketing. Thanks to SEO and AI Search optimizations, the website is better prepared not only for classic positioning but also for a new visibility model, where the brand's presence in answers generated by search engines and AI assistants is what counts.
