PZPO - IPE Maintenance

PZPO is developing the Internetowa Platforma Edukacyjna (IPE), which supports primary and high school students in their daily online learning and assists school staff in managing educational processes.

IPE is an e-learning platform that features, among other things, lessons, exercises, exams, online classes, user accounts, and an extensive administrative backend for schools.

Challenge

IPE is an e-learning platform developed over the years by several different technology teams. In practice, this meant a complex architecture, numerous dependencies, varying coding standards, and processes critical to the daily work of students, parents, teachers, and PZPO administration.

The biggest challenge was maintaining system stability while simultaneously restructuring its foundations: architecture, infrastructure, deployment, and technological dependencies.

Solution

We took over the continuous technological care of IPE, combining ongoing support and issue resolution with modernization work. We respond to problems reported by the PZPO team, diagnose their root causes, and implement fixes through a strictly controlled process.

In parallel, we are cleaning up the platform's technical backend: the architecture, infrastructure, and deployment process. As a result, subsequent changes and features can be deployed faster, more securely, and with a significantly lower risk of regression.

Result

PZPO gained reliable, continuous technological support for their key educational platform, along with a much more structured process for its maintenance and development. The platform is now more stable, easier to maintain, and better prepared for future scaling.
