Project Manager

full time · remote / hybrid / onsite

We're looking for an agile Project Manager (IT & Digital) to lead complex software projects (EdTech, AI, ecommerce, web/mobile apps, integrations) as well as dynamic campaigns and smaller digital/marketing initiatives for our clients.

👀 Who are we looking for?

Someone who:

  • takes full ownership of projects and delivers them on time, whether it's a large-scale IT system or a quick digital project,

  • is a strong communicator who thrives in client relationships and cross-functional team settings,

  • acts proactively, anticipates risks, manages client expectations, and solves problems before they escalate,

  • switches between contexts with ease, can discuss app architecture with developers while also understanding the specifics and pace of digital marketing,

  • translates business into tasks, whether that means turning marketing goals into creative briefs or business requirements into a technical backlog.

🛠️ What will you do?

  • Run diverse projects (from software to digital/marketing) from kickoff to final billing.

  • Plan, monitor, and control project scope, timelines, and budgets.

  • Gather requirements and create client specifications.

  • Coordinate the work of development teams, UX/UI designers, QA specialists, and marketing experts.

  • Actively communicate with clients and manage their expectations.

  • Optimize project processes and share best practices across the company.

✅ Requirements (Must-have)

  • Min. 3 years of project management experience (IT / software development background is key).

  • Experience combining or running different project types in parallel (technical and smaller digital/marketing ones).

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).

  • Ability to collaborate smoothly with both technical teams and creative/business stakeholders.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (with both internal teams and clients).

  • Good command of English (min. B2) and fluent Polish.

➕ Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with software technologies (e.g. WordPress, PHP/Symfony/Laravel, React, Next.js, Node.js) or automation tools (e.g. n8n, API integrations, AI).

  • Agency experience or working with clients from various industries / international markets.

  • Understanding of digital marketing tools and specifics.

💰 What we offer

  • Compensation: 9,000–13,000 PLN net (B2B), depending on your experience.

Software

  • We’re looking for a PHP Developer! If you have solid experience, repetitive tasks bore you, and you’re eager to grow — you might be exactly who we’re looking for :)

    What we expect

    • Strong knowledge of PHP 7 and 8

    • Very good command of the Symfony framework

    • Good knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL)

    • Understanding of software design principles and best coding practices

    • Ability to write clean, readable, well-structured code

    • Good knowledge of Git

    • Good understanding of REST APIs
