

When we talk about an existing brand with solid position on the market, creativity is a real challenge. During brainstorming and creating projects for program PAYBACK our task was to surprise the clients with unusual solutions but still keeping the style set by the brandbook.
About project
During the year we launched more than a dozen newsletters, effectively reaching to multi-million users database. We also created various materials to support the brand’s online and offline communication. We began with simple Facebook graphics, then posters, leaflets, POS materials, PAYBACK cards… and even edible print on a chocolate bar! Each creation had to be consistent with other communication of the brand.
Each project was created individually to keep the engagement on a constant, high level. OR and CTR were equal or even higher than average for this branch of business.
Result
A series of creative materials we developed included items such as newsletters and email campaigns, social media graphics, posters, flyers, brochures, POS materials, loyalty cards, and even a custom chocolate wrapper design. Each project was created in line with the brand’s established communication strategy and visual identity, while incorporating unique and unconventional elements.





Thanks to our newsletter projects, brand has noted a significant increase in customer engagement and number of clicks during the year.
